SHIM questionnaire
The SHIM questionnaire is an abridged version of the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) survey. It helps clinicians diagnose the presence and severity of ED in an objective manner. It helps to identify ED and and then monitor for any improvement.

IPSS questionnaire
The IPSS questionnaire allows your us to better understand the severity of your water work symptoms. It is used for men who are having problems that are likely to be related to an enlarged prostate. It is helpful in determining which treatment option is best for you and then monitoring any improvement.
